Aeromedical Transport
Elevating Aeromedical Transport
Delivering safe, efficient, and coordinated aeromedical transfers for stabilized patients, connecting hospitals and medical facilities across Thailand with reliable air and ground logistics.

When it comes to inter-hospital patient transfers, safety, efficiency, and seamless logistics are paramount. Our medical evacuation (medevac) operations are designed to provide a vital link for stabilized Special Categories of Passengers (SCPs) , ensuring they receive the advanced care they need. Here is a closer look at our comprehensive aeromedical transport capabilities.
Following our Stretcher Integration Blueprint, our Cessna 208B EX aircraft has been evaluated in collaboration with the National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEM) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) and deemed suitable for medevac missions.

SERVICE LAUNCH

The Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX provides a versatile platform for secondary medical evacuation missions, particularly for regional and domestic patient transfers.
Enables access to major airports and small airfields across Thailand, requiring a runway length of just 1 km.
Provides a flexible interior layout to accommodate critical medical equipment while giving the medical team freedom of movement.
Featuring an extra-wide 49 × 50-inch rear access door to facilitate efficient loading of of patients on stretcher and critical equipment.
The aircraft provides one certified stretcher for the patient, and three available seats for medical escorts.
Our cruising altitudes are strictly managed and maintained at optimal lower levels to ensure the patient's physiological stability and safety throughout the flight.

Our medevac stretcher system is manufactured by Aviation Fabricators Inc. and is specifically designed for installation on Cessna 208-series aircraft.
The stretcher installation is covered by an FAA Supplemental Type Certificate, providing a certified solution for the aircraft configuration. This installation is fully compliant with Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) regulations, ensuring our equipment meets both international and national airworthiness standards.
Stretcher System Details
Our operational focus is on secondary cases, transporting stabilized Special Categories of Passengers (SCPs) between medical facilities.
Before any flight, each patient must undergo a Fit-to-Fly medical assessment to confirm that their condition is stable and that they do not present a critical risk of deterioration during transport. While the medical team oversees patient stability, the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) retains the final authority regarding flight dispatch and operational safety, ensuring every mission is executed within safe operational limits.
As the Cessna 208B EX is a non-pressurized aircraft, flight altitudes are kept relatively low and are carefully determined in consultation with the patient's medical team, taking into account the patient's medical condition and specific transport requirements.
Each case is assessed individually to ensure that the aircraft configuration, medical support, ground logistics, and operating conditions are appropriate for the patient.
For each mission, the medical team is required to work closely with our flight crew to assess the patient's condition, required equipment, flight profile, and overall transport plan before departure. Furthermore, every Medevac mission operates strictly under our comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS).This ensures that all life-saving medical equipment is securely integrated and potential operational risks are systematically mitigated prior to departure.

We understand that the flight is only one part of the patient's journey. A successful Medevac transfer requires seamless coordination from the hospital to the aircraft and onward to the receiving medical facility.
We therefore coordinate closely with airport authorities, including Airports of Thailand (AOT) airport medical rooms at key locations such as Phuket and Don Mueang, as well as ground ambulance providers, to assess and approve each case and ensure that the transfer plan is fully coordinated.
We can coordinate direct tarmac access for the ambulance, with "Follow Me" vehicle guidance to safely and efficiently escort the ambulance to the aircraft.
Every patient completes a Fit-to-Fly assessment before departure, and the Pilot-in-Command retains final authority on dispatch. Each mission runs under our Safety Management System, with the medical team and flight crew coordinating equipment, flight profile, and ground handling — including tarmac access and ambulance escort — before wheels up.
