At Siam Seaplane, sustainability is more than just a concept — it is part of how we operate, grow, and connect with communities. We are proud to have earned the STGs STAR recognition, reflecting our commitment to responsible tourism and sustainable business practices in Thailand.
Sustainability has always been at the core of Siam Seaplane. As part of our long-term vision, carbon neutrality is not simply an ambition — it is a necessity. Our sustainability plans are closely integrated into the company’s strategic direction through a “sustainable by design” approach, executed in four phases from carbon compensation and biofuels to future full electrification. Through this vision, we aim to help shape a more sustainable future for aviation and tourism in Thailand.
The Sustainable Tourism Goals (STGs) is a sustainability framework created for the tourism industry to encourage businesses to balance economic growth, environmental responsibility, and positive social impact. The initiative supports organizations that actively contribute to sustainable tourism while benefiting travelers, employees, local communities, and the environment.
Siam Seaplane earned the STGs STAR recognition by actively implementing sustainable practices across our daily operations. Rather than focusing only on policies, we believe sustainability should be demonstrated through real actions.
Our initiatives cover multiple sustainability areas, including:
Through continuous action and measurable initiatives, Siam Seaplane continues to integrate sustainability into both our daily operations and long-term vision.
One of the key sustainability areas we value is Gender Equality (STG 5). Siam Seaplane strongly believes in equal opportunities for everyone and proudly supports women working across different areas of the aviation industry.
Our female team members contribute significantly in operations, management, coordination, customer service, and other important roles throughout the organization. We believe diversity strengthens teamwork, innovation, and service quality.

Siam Seaplane also supports Sustainable Tourism (STG 12) through the use of eco-friendly and locally sourced products.
We proudly serve AYA drinking water, a brand that promotes sustainability through recyclable packaging and environmentally conscious practices. Additionally, we provide herbal inhalers made from local Thai ingredients in reusable glass containers as gifts for passengers. These small but meaningful initiatives help reduce single-use plastic waste while supporting local community products and responsible tourism practices.

As part of our commitment to Affordable and Clean Energy (STG 7), Siam Seaplane has installed an EV charger in front of our office to encourage the use of electric vehicles and cleaner transportation alternatives.
Inside the workplace, our team is encouraged to practice energy-saving habits, such as turning off lights and electrical equipment after use. These everyday actions help create a stronger culture of environmental responsibility throughout the organization.

Operating closely with coastal destinations means marine conservation is especially important to us. Under Protect Life Below Water (STG 14), Siam Seaplane actively supports environmental initiatives focused on preserving Thailand’s marine and coastal ecosystems.
One example is our participation in the National Dugong Day event in Krabi, where our team joined beach clean-up activities to help reduce marine waste and contributed supplies to local communities to encourage public participation in protecting coastal environments.

Receiving the STGs STAR recognition marks an important milestone for Siam Seaplane, but it is only the beginning of our sustainability journey. As we continue developing premium aviation and tourism experiences in Thailand, we remain committed to operating responsibly, supporting local communities, and helping protect the natural environments that make these destinations so special.
At Siam Seaplane, we believe the future of tourism should not only inspire travelers — it should also create a positive and lasting impact for people and the planet.
